Find Inner Solace: Aquarius New Moon Intentions

It's a time for new beginnings as we center, focus and go within for this New Moon in Aquarius (Feb. 18 at 3:47 pm PST). With Goddess Nut and my mentor, Francesca De Grandis by my side I channel this New Moon Reading for you. As the stars shine bright, I can feel that my heart is heavy and in need of healing and tears so I call again upon God/dess to aid me; to allow me to go deeper within and to discover why. I also 'work' with an obsidian sphere (aurora borealis) to help with this; an excellent stone for just this purpose. I won't go into my discussion with my guides and gods other than to say; it helped and I recommend it to all of you who are struggling, sad and feeling weighted down. Create a circle to call upon this New Moon or find a Circle. I offer New Moon Circles all over. Then create ritual to call upon the Moon, your gods and the Divine and go within to commune with your own heart, soul and cells to find inner solace, answers or perhaps just more questions.

Creative Soul Expressive Body Movement Challenge:

Hot is the flame. You ARE the flame. Stand, or sit up very tall; feeling yourself becoming the flame as you burn, waver like a flame, melt wax, dance, jig in place, alight!  How does that feel?  Don't just describe it, but rather DO IT; move or dance or sway - feel it, feel it, feel it.  Go into your body and ask it what it needs right now.

My experience: I swayed gently in place and felt my eyes burning.  I wanted to burn with passion and a vision for change. I wanted to cut through the bullshit and touch the heart through radical acts of love; transforming nations, killing haters; their hate turning inwards and onto themselves as they are no longer able to hurt others. My vision burns white and it heals, it cleanses, it transforms. I open my palms and I feel no heat...I am one with the flame. I pray and send thanks to the Divine for this teaching.

Creative Soul Challenge ~ How to find the power within

Whether we have power, are seeking power or are power-less; we all have the power of choice. Will we choose life or death? And if death chooses us, do we choose to die gracefully or kicking and screaming; resisting every step of the way?

No path or choice is inherently right or wrong; it's your choice. So how can you be of service to others who are making hard choices?

This Aries Full Moon we are being challenged to examine one hard choice we've had to make that felt out of our control and to ask ourselves: "Why did it feel that way?"

Let yourself meditate upon this choice for a while before responding. Then write out a strong affirmative statement proclaiming all you've learned and been blessed with due to making this hard choice.
