In my own life I try to remain open and receptive to lucky moments so that when they happen I am ready to act on them and not let them simply pass me by.

Creative Journal Prompt
What do the words ‘golden glow’ mean to you? What areas of your life could use some of this golden glow? Take a moment to fill your heart with a golden glow by envisioning yourself breathing in a golden light. Do this three times feeling your heart glow brighter each time. Now ask yourself again, “What area of my life needs this golden glow the most?” Then release that heart-filled glow into the area of your life that really needs it in one big breath. Repeat daily as needed.

Take a play break to visit a friend, do a cartwheel, pet the dog or plant some basil. Certainty will return when you’re ready for it.

Expressive Body Movement Challenge
Take the ‘golden glow’ heart exercise above and expand it so that your whole body is filled with a golden glow. Then imagine that you’re being handed a golden egg that cracks open. Express how that feels in dance and share it with the whole wide world.
