New Moon in Gemini
New Moon in Gemini June 12, 2010 4:14 am pdt
This month the New Moon enters the airy, mutable sign of Gemini, the twins. If you’re looking for fun and games this moon then you won’t be disappointed! Gemini tries hard to keep it light and entertaining. During your New Moon Meditation allow yourself to sink into wonder, curiosity and awe. Remember to keep it simple because the mood you’re after is fun, childlike, light and playful so if you’re feeling heavy, serious and weighty then you know you’re not on the Gemini carousel ride. You may also be feeling a little distracted or even bored right now, so make sure and keep things interesting by tuning into the child within, the part of you that remembers what joy felt like, in the beginning.
On June 12th when the New Moon enters Gemini get ready to: - Seek the unexpected - Flood your sense with stimuli - Let your curiosity keep you on the move - Weave your social networks - Juggle tasks and cross-pollinate ideas

Introducing The Moon Muses
The Moon Muses are intuitive guides and question askers that offer insight and wisdom along with exercises to heal and inspire you. They are creative leap takers forming a glowing moonlit bridge between your rational self and your higher self, a self that dwells in pure intuition, clairvoyance (clear seeing), meditative reflection and dreaming. This month you will meet Agate, a Gemstone Muse and a Lefty Oracle Muse by the name of Guess, Poet. I encourage all of you to create a Moon Musing Journal to record your monthly moon explorations (more about this in my new eCourse, Awaken Your Divine Feminine Soul).
With this multi-hued stone as your ally, get ready to make some delightful mischief and stir things up in the name of Fun! Can you feel this Moon reaching out to you with her long, shimmering, moonlit fingers as she points right at you and says, “You, ya you!”
(Suggested musical ambiance ~ “What I Am” by Edie Brickell). Now, stay wide awake for this part because you don’t want to miss anything!
Wake-You-Up Gemini-Style Suggestions: - Feather dusting (to loud music) - Nuts anyone? - Running and giggling at the same time - Jumping over things - Disco dancing - Tickling or being tickled - Rhyming - Tasting something new for the first time – how ‘bout seaweed? Yum!
Gemini Tasks of the Month Try at least one new thing during this two week New Moon cycle and if you’re feeling super adventurous then drop me a line at kathy@luludesign.com and tell me all about it and I may just publish it on my Blog!

My Version of Gemini – Guess, Poet "Guess, Poet" is part of a series of 500 or so left-handed (my non-dominant hand!) drawings I created over a period of five years. These drawings were later turned into an oracle card deck that I use for giving Soul Readings.
Guess, Poet celebrates fertile minds and minds that love to share EVERYTHING with EVERYONE! What three things do you absolutely love about yourself? 1.

Take a moment to assign a color to each of these things and pick a symbol or secret code to represent each one.
Create a Poetically Designed Happiness-Reminder Fun Card
Take all these elements; your favorite things, their colors and their symbols, and turn them into your own personal business-style fun card to remind yourself of what happiness looks like and feels like!

Each month we can tune into her cycles to keep ourselves on track. At the new moon we plant our intentions for the month ahead, at the full moon we watch them flower, and at the waning moon we release and share our wisdom with the world. As women we are naturally able to resonate with these cycles in deep and meaningful ways.
